Eligibility to Apply for Visa

Any Bangladeshi Nationals are Eligible to Apply for Taiwan Tourist Visa (having a valid MRP / E-Passport with at least 6 months validity) subject to provide some required Documents and and who intend to stay in Taiwan for no more than six months.
Also Applicant should,
• be a genuine visitor
• have enough funds to support his/her stay and leave

Documents Requirements

1. Service Holder

1.01

Passport

A valid passport which expires in no less than 12 month after expiry of the intended date of departure.

1.02

Photo Specification

One photo with matt or semi matt finish,(size 35mm x 45mm) must be taken in last 6 month and it should be on white background.

1.03

Proof of Occupation

a. No Objection Letter” headed letter form office in official letter pad.
b. Office ID card copy or Visiting card (3 copies).

Covering-Letter

Covering Letter from applicant including Name, Designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Taipei Economic and Cultural Center, New Delhi, India. Visa Category must be mentioned in the subject line.

Invitation Letter

Invitation Letter from Taiwan inviting Company / Person's giving his contact details on its letter head (if company) and stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and showing responsibility for your accommodation and maintenance costs during your stay.

1.06

Sponsors Financial Documents

a. Personal Bank Solvency and Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly.
b. Salary slip for the last six months.

Ticket Itinerary & Hotel Reservation

A copy of the round trip confirmed air ticket and Hotel Booking are needed.

1.08

Guarantee Letter:

Completed “Letter of Guarantee for Visa Application” from to your inviter in Taiwan, You need to email the form to your inviter and ask them to fill the form, sign and attached with the inviter’s ID copy and the Taiwan’s company/ organization’s registration.

2. Business Person

2.01

Passport

A valid passport which expires in no less than 12 month after expiry of the intended date of departure.

a. Trade license/Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum
b. Visiting card (3 copies).

a. BMDC certificate or letter from hospital if the applicant is a Doctor,
b. A Bar Council Certificate or letter from a law firm if the applicant is a lawyer
