Eligibility to Apply for Visa
Any Bangladeshi Nationals are Eligible to Apply for Belgium Tourist Visa (having a valid MRP / E-Passport with at least 6 months validity) subject to provide some required Documents.
Also Applicant should,
• be a genuine visitor
• have enough funds to support his/her stay and leave
Documents Requirements
1.01
Passport
A valid passport that is original and at least Three / six months validity is essential. Moreover, the passport must have at least two blank pages.
Note: All previous passports and Visa's are required (if any).
1.02
Photo Specification
Two passport-size color photographs (35 mm x 45 mm), full face, no glasses, no head-dress and plain white background should be pasted on the right side of each form.
1.03
Cover letter
Cover letter from the applicant, explaining in detail the purpose of the visit which must be translated in Spanish language or written directly in Spanish language, addressed to the Embassy of Spain.(effective from 15th november 2017).
1.04
Flight and hotel reservations
Valid Flight and Hotel bookings or the inviter's residence address is required

Travel Insurance
Insurance must be valid for the whole Schengen area. The Insurance must cover the repatriation costs up to 30,000 Euros. The Insurance must fully cover the whole period of stay within the Schengen area.
*The conditions must be stated either on the insurance document or on a separate confirmation letter.

Additional Documents
1. Applicants who are applying with their families have to submit the proof of relation with the principal applicant. For example, if he/she is spouse then Marriage certificate and in case of child, Birth certificate is required.
2. All public documents (e.g. Nikah Nama, Marriage certificate, Birth certificate and Trade license) issued by concern office in English and must be legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and afterwards translated in Spanish language.
3. In case a minor (under 18 years) is not accompanied by both parents, a no objection letter from the parent not travelling must be submitted in spanish language. Please note that no objection letter has to be signed IN the Spanish Embassy in front of a visa officer. (effective from 15th November 2017)
4. For minors (under 18 years), the application form must be signed by both the parents. Photocopies of passports / ID cards of both the parents must be attached to the application.

An original copy of Invitation letter from company/ Organization or Friends and Family with evidence.

Forwarding Letter
NOC from the applicant's company authority on the company's letterhead stating the applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visa.
**The NOC letter is highly important for your Schengen visa application.(Pay slips should be included in it.

Applicants/Sponsors Proof of Occupation and Identity
*Office ID Card/Visiting Card
*Company Letter Pad : A letter from your employer on company letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, the purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job (if you are a job holder).
*Salary slips for the last 6 months
*Valid Passport, NID, Photo, and Birth certificate.
