Requirements:

• A passport or a travel document with Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) with at least 1-month validity. (Passengers with an extended validity in their passports are not allowed to enter.)
• Effective from March 13th, 2022, PCR is not mandatory to enter the Maldives.
• Tourists do not need to be quarantined if they show no Covid symptoms.
• A complete travel itinerary including return journey confirmed tickets, with a prepaid confirmed hotel booking at a registered hotel, or provide proof of financial means for sufficient funds to support the stay in.
• Maldives, or hold a pre-approved visa sponsorship Maldives Immigration.
• Entry requirements to their onward destinations; for example, the visa and passport validity.
• Traveller Declaration must be filled in and submitted by all travellers travelling to and from Maldives, within 96 hours to the flight time. The form has to be submitted electronically via IMUGA.
• Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, if applicable. Children under 1 year of age are exempt from Yellow Fever vaccination.

• It is suggested to explore the local islands to experience local culture and heritage.
• Please carry a sunglass and hat during speedboat transfers.
• Travelers should keep an eye out for dolphins. Dolphins are often seen in this part of the sea.
• Travelers with seasickness are advised to take medication before the speedboat transfer.

Cancellation*  
To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to *bookmebdltd@gmail.com* mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number and details about the cancellation.  
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.  
The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.  
The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.  
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Bookme's discretion.  
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.

Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.  
This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.  
This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

*Refund*  
80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.  
All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.

*Child Policy*  
No fee will be needed for children below the age of three (3). No separate seat will be provided in case of transportation and accommodation.  
75% fee must be paid for any child between the age of four (4) and ten (10) years old.  
Full amount of money must be paid for anyone above ten (10) years old.
