MV Aboshar – Travel Itinerary
Day 1: 
 

07:00 AM – Board the vessel from Khulna Launch Ghat No. 4 and begin the journey towards Andharmanik.

Approximately 03:00 PM – Arrive at Andharmanik and explore the area.

After visiting Andharmanik, return to the vessel and depart for Kotka.

Approximately between 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM – Arrive at Kotka.

Overnight stay on the vessel at Kotka.
 

Day 2: 

Early Morning – Freshen up and have tea on board.

Depart for Jamtola Sea Beach.

Visit the following spots:

Jamtola Sea Beach

Kotka Forest Office area

Tiger Hill (Tiger Tila)

Tiger Point

Return to the vessel and have breakfast.

Depart for Kochikhali and explore the area.

After visiting Kochikhali, continue to Dimer Char (Egg Island) for sightseeing.

At night, depending on the tide, depart for Karamjal.

Overnight stay near Karamjal.
 

Day 3: 

After breakfast, visit Karamjal.

Depart for Khulna.

Approximately 05:00 PM – Arrive in Khulna.

Day 1

Morning (Onboarding Welcome Meal): Welcome drinks, paratha, mixed vegetables, egg fry, lentils, halwa, tea/coffee.

Mid-Morning (11:00 AM): Singara/pakora/plain cake with tea/coffee.

Lunch: Salad, mashed vegetables, mixed veg, catfish, sea fish, chicken curry, lentils, fresh salad.
 

Day 2

Early Morning (5:30 AM): Biscuits with tea/coffee.

Breakfast: Bhuna khichuri, fried eggplant, egg malai curry, pickles, salad, tea/coffee.

Mid-Morning (11:00 AM): Guava, puri, banana/apple, tea/coffee.

Lunch: Salad, mashed veg, fried hilsha, sea fish curry, chicken curry, lentils, fresh salad.
 

Day 3

Breakfast: Mashed potato, mashed eggplant, fried egg, lentils, salad.

Mid-Morning (11:00 AM): Veg pakora/puri with tea/coffee.

Lunch: Plain pilaf, beef curry, mutton (2 pcs), chicken roast, salad, yogurt, soft drinks.

• The tour operator will be responsible for the operation of the tours and excursions as mentioned under the normal situation. So, for personal accidents, sickness, loss of baggage during the tour, delay or cancellation of an air flight, any political problem resulting in an unusual situation to conduct a tour, etc, Bookme shall not be directly responsible.
• While the tour operator will be responsible for extending all possible assistance in overcoming those problems, the guest must pay any extra cost incurred due to these problems.
• The times mentioned in the itinerary are subject to change due to weather conditions, tides in the river, the convenience of the travelers, and other unavoidable circumstances.
• Travelers are requested to cooperate with the operator, host, or organizer in such circumstances.
• The travelers are requested to contact the tour operator, host, or organizer in case they face any kind of trouble or problem during the tour.
• No alcohol will be available for sale on board.
• No phone signal works inside the deeper forest. But at some point, you will get a phone signal to call the emergency number.
• If you use a Bangladeshi TeleTalk SIM, we’ll get better coverage in a remote area like Kotka.

To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to *bookmebdltd@gmail.com* mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number and details about the cancellation.  
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.  
The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.  
The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.  
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Bookme's discretion.  
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.  
This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the most up-to-date information.  
Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.  
This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.  
This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

*Refund*  
80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.  
All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.
