🌿 Sundarbans Forest Cruise – 3-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Departure & Journey into the Wilderness
 

07:00 AM – Guests board the vessel and settle in. The cruise officially begins.

09:00 AM – Breakfast is served on board as the ship gently cruises through the river channels.

11:00 AM – Cruising continues through the serene waterways of the Sundarbans.

01:00 PM – Short excursion to a nearby wildlife observation center or forest station.

02:00 PM – Lunch is served on board while the cruise continues deeper into the forest.

04:00 PM – Afternoon snacks and light refreshments served on deck.

06:00 PM – Arrival at Kotka. The ship anchors for the night.

08:00 PM – Dinner is served on board in a peaceful forest setting.

Day 2: Exploration, Trekking & Beach Adventure

06:30 AM – Guided morning walk and exploration at Kotka wildlife area.

Cancellation*
  
To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to *bookmebdltd@gmail.com* mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number and details about the cancellation.  
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.  
The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.  
The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.  
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Bookme's discretion.  
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.

Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.  
This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.  
This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

*Refund*  
80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.  
All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.

• Additional charges will be applied as permit fees for foreigners and non-Bangladeshi travelers as per government regulation.
• A national ID card must be provided on booking. All mentioned durations and activities are subject to change depending on tide, weather, and safety conditions.
• The tour operator will be responsible for the operation of the tours and excursions as mentioned under the normal situation. So, for personal accidents, sickness, loss of baggage during the tour, delay or cancellation of an air flight, any political problem resulting in an unusual situation to conduct a tour, etc, Bookme shall not be directly responsible.
• While the tour operator will be responsible for extending all possible assistance in overcoming those problems, the guest must pay any extra cost incurred due to these problems.
• The times mentioned in the itinerary are subject to change due to weather conditions, tides in the river, the convenience of the travelers, and other unavoidable circumstances.
• Travelers are requested to cooperate with the operator, host, or organizer in such circumstances.
• The travelers are requested to contact the tour operator, host, or organizer in case they face any kind of trouble or problem during the tour.
• No alcohol will be available for sale on board.
• No phone signal works inside the deeper forest. But at some point, you will get a phone signal to call the emergency number.
• If you use a Bangladeshi TeleTalk SIM, we’ll get better coverage in a remote area like Kotka.
