Cancellation,
To cancel any tour, send an email to bookmebdltd@gmail.com, include tour booking ID, phone number, and details of cancellation,
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of cancellations as soon as possible,
The email acts as the final application for cancellation, phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered cancellation requests,
The time of sending the email will be considered the time of cancellation,
In exceptional circumstances such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates or a full refund at Bookme's discretion,
If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee,

Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable,

80% of fees refunded if booking is cancelled more than 21 days before the start of the tour,
50% of fees refunded if booking is cancelled within 14 to 21 days before the start of the tour,
30% of tour fee refunded if booking is cancelled within 7 to 14 days before the start of the tour,
No refund if tour is cancelled less than 7 days before the start of the tour,
Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount,
All refunds processed within 7 working days.

No fee for children below 3 years, no separate seat provided for transportation or accommodation,
75% fee must be paid for children aged 4 to 10 years,
Full fee must be paid for anyone above 10 years.
